Why Go: “It’s a style of food that’s unique for the area,” said Craft House Co-Owner Robert Beckert. He describes the restaurant as a gastro pub serving up farm-to-table fare with a local craft beer focus. Beckert estimated that roughly 95 percent of the beer choices at the restaurant are from local breweries in the area.
Worth Waking Up For: An a la carte brunch experience--and unlimited mimosas or Bloody Marys with the purchase of any main dish. Some of the standout brunch items include the breakfast poutine, Buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and short rib eggs Benedict.
When: Sundays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
